1. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. WakeXscape LLC does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number. All transactions are encrypted and handled in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
2. Pricing

Prices are in USD and include all platform fees. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout as required by Florida law.
3. Credit Packs
- - Credit packs are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions.
- - Credits are added to your account balance immediately upon successful payment.
- - Purchasing additional packs adds to your existing credit balance.
- - Credits do not expire.
- - Credits are non-transferable between members.
4. Per-Session Payments
Basic members and Silver/Gold members who have used all their credits may purchase individual session access at checkout. The per-session rate depends on your tier: $135 (Basic), $115 (Silver extra), $100 (Gold extra).
5. Refund Policy
Credit pack purchases
- - Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used.
- - Partially used credit packs are non-refundable.
- - Refund requests should be sent to info@wakexscape.com.
Session cancellations
- - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session receive a full credit refund or payment refund.
- - Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows forfeit the credit or payment.
- - Sessions cancelled by WakeXscape (weather, safety, etc.) always receive a full credit or payment refund.
6. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at info@wakexscape.com within 30 days. We will review and resolve billing disputes promptly. Charges will appear on your statement as "WakeXscape" or "Wake Club."
7. Price Changes
WakeXscape reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased. Changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email and the Wake Club platform.
