Wake Club is a membership platform operated by WakeXscape LLC ("WakeXscape," "we," "us") for community wakesurfing sessions in Miami, FL. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Wake Club platform at club.wakexscape.com.

Account information
- - Full name, email address, and phone number provided during registration.
- - Google account profile data (name, email, avatar) if you sign in with Google.
- - Membership tier selection and session RSVP history.
Payment information
- - Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store full credit card numbers.
- - We retain Stripe customer IDs and transaction metadata (amounts, dates, product type) for record-keeping.
Usage data
- - Pages visited, session RSVPs, and feature interactions.
- - Device type, browser, and IP address for security and debugging.
- - Hosting telemetry collected by Vercel (our hosting provider).
3. How We Use Your Information
- - Provide and manage your Wake Club membership and session access.
- - Process credit pack purchases and per-session payments.
- - Send transactional emails (RSVP confirmations, payment receipts).
- - Communicate schedule changes, cancellations, or weather-related updates.
- - Enforce membership rules (queue priority, cancellation policies).
- - Improve the platform and resolve technical issues.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:

- - Supabase for database hosting and authentication.
- - Vercel for web hosting.
- - Google for Calendar sync and OAuth authentication.
- - Law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by applicable law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your membership is active. After account deletion, we may retain transaction records for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Authentication logs are retained for 90 days.

- - Deletion: Request account deletion by emailing us.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password or Google sign-in.
